The most requested services are the decontracting massage and the sports massage, focused on people with muscle overload, contractures, chronic pain or accumulated physical stress, whether from work, sports or a bad posture maintained over time.
Sports massage is especially recommended for active people and athletes of all levels: gym, cycling, running, soccer, or other disciplines. It helps improve muscle recovery, prevent injuries, and reduce fatigue, allowing the body to function more effectively.
Personalized manual therapy and friendly service
One of the most important values in my work is individual and human attention. I don't work with fixed schedules or automated treatments. Each person is different, and therefore each session is adapted to their physical condition, their history, and how they are feeling that day.
In addition to therapeutic massage, I have training in advanced techniques and functional therapy (functional neurology – PDTR), which allows me to address certain muscle dysfunctions and persistent pain from a more holistic perspective, taking into account the relationship between the nervous system and movement.
